Dined for my wife’s 79 th Birthday. Slow night at the restaurant but food service was great. My wife loved the braised ribs dish. The pimento cheese fritters appetizer was delicious. I liked the trout and switched one vegetable for the blue and black Mac and Cheese. Only minus was the Brie appetizer was a little too salty and greasy. Nice touch giving the chocolate cheesecake for birthday dessert. Took nice holiday photos by the decorated tree in the lobby. I was to especially mention servers Andrew and Gabby for their amazing work and service. Ask for them by name next time you dine at the restaurant. Exceptional in every way!!!

The Mill Kitchen & Bar never disappoints. Service & food are always wonderful. Depending on where you are seated the noise level can be ‘ok’ or ‘not so ok’ if you have hearing issues. Overall one of my very favorite Roswell restaurants. P

Spectacular! Server Bree was the best. Our new favorite. Manager Fallon was beyond professional yet utterly personable!

Enjoyed our brunch very much. Tasty food and attentive service. Very nice complimentary cheesecake and champagne to celebrate our anniversary. Very nice touch. Nice place to celebrate special occasions. We’ll be back!

This visit was not indicative of what we expected from The Mill. We’ve been here a couple of time and the food is usually exemplary. Not so much this visit. With the exception of the biscuits appetizer, I can’t say that anyone really enjoyed their dish on this visit. My breakfast potatoes were lukewarm and soft, as if they were cooked earlier that day and reheated. My sons tenders were overcooked to the point of near burnt. My wife’s shrimp and grits dish was less than stellar. Because we’ve had better experiences previously, we will treat this as an outlier and give it another chance at redemption.

Food and service were great. Seating and quietness was great. Parking, even though, it is valet seems to be challenging entering and exiting. I actually got my own car as the attendants were taxed. Upon arriving to my car it was unlocked. That was a bit disappointing as our car was parked in a dark corner of the parking lot by the street. It could have easily been entered into without anyone noticing.

Nice upscale yet quaint restaurant in DT Roswell. American food that was underwhelming and overpriced. Service was okay but not what was expected from a high priced restaurant. The menu was limited in my opinion and could have had better options. $13 for bread and butter. The bread was overly salted / seasoned. I ordered the beef braised ribs and was not excited about it and didn't even finish, although it was a small portion. One waitress walked by with a water pitcher and filled all "her" tables and even looked at our empty water glasses and walked off. Our waitress wasn't attentive and we went without water for too long. Overall, I would give it two, maybe three, stars and we won't be going back.

The brunch menu was limited. And they did not serve a lunch menu at 2:30 pm. The food was not as good as I thought it would be at all, in fact it was not really good. We were two of us and we are from the area and disappointed in the food. There were tables near us that had large groups that were super loud and talked on the phone, which was really annoying. Although that is not the restaurants fault, it was allowed to distract other guests and we were seated near them. The food was the biggest disappointment and for that to be deviled eggs and egg Benedict that is not cool.
