Hank was outstanding!!! He really made our first fondue experience great with his knowledge, enthusiasm and kindness. Between recommendations and prompt service, everyone should be so lucky to have him as a server. Please, give this guy a raise!

Food was good. Our server was nice but very inattentive and our meal took THREE hours with about 25 of sitting and waiting for him to return between courses. We were also there on Sunday during a kids eat free promo and were charged for them. We just paid because we didn’t want to wait another 30 min to have the bill adjusted.

Another great experience! Food was exceptional, as was the service. The host was super friendly as well. Melting Pot never disappoints!

I eat a lot of melting pots. They have very good fondue. I often go in and just get a quick meal of cheese fondue and a salad. But many times have had the full three course meal. The past two nights, I have just gotten the cheese and it’s been very good. It’s important to remember if you do the full meal of cheese appetizer, cook your dinner, and then dessert – you’re committing to an evening. It’s a long leisurely meal. if you’re hoping to rush in and out go someplace else.

My husband had a nut allergy. They brought out a chocolate fondue, not disclosed my it had nuts. Thank God I noticed it because it saved us a trip to the ER.

Our server Kevin was FABULOUS!!! He was funny, attentive, and put up with all of my “extra” requests! We are frequent Melting Pot guests, and always have excellent food! Fun place to take friends and family!!

We came here for our anniversary dinner. We had a semi private booth with a curtain to use if we desired. Minutes after we were seated a table for two were seated next to us. They were from out of town (here for work from Kentucky) and we know this due to the loudness of their phone call to their mother sharing the experience of the food with them over video chat. This continued for about 10-15 minutes. Once they left it was quiet enough for us to not be distracted by the loud conversation. lol. Our food was delicious as always and the service was spectacular

I've been to The Melting Pot 3 times now and last night's experience was not on par with the rest. Our server seemed rushed, or overwhelmed, a 10 minute wait after being seated, and didn't seem into the experience as in my other visits. The food was mostly fine, but the bread from the cheese fondue course was some chunks and some crumbs. Not a great presentation for an expensive meal. Salads and main course were pretty good, but when it came to dessert Dark Duleche, I found it inedible because of the salt level. My date tried to eat more but could only eat 3-4 bites. We ate a few pieces plain without fondue because of the salt level. When we asked our sever about it he said it was possible too much salt was added. No offer of a correction or comp. He then asked if we wanted it packaged to take home... No thank you. It was inedible. So we paid, tipped and left. On the way home I reflected and thought for the price, I did not get a great value. I will consider another venue for that kind of price.
