Our server was excellent. She was attentive and took extra steps to make the experience great. They are closing for several weeks for a remodel or something and we went two days before that so the restaurant was dirty and definitely in need of a remodel.

Amazing, delicious food! Our server Bianca was so friendly and helpful (it was our first time). Definitely worth going back to!

We stood waiting for 20 minutes for our 8:30 reservation. We actually listened to the hostess call another 8:30 reservation to find out if they were coming or not before she seated us. Not sure why they were more important than the customers that were standing in front of her. We had not been to this melting pot for a while. It is obvious why they are closing in September for a remodel. One of the cushions in our booth was split. The restaurant felt a little warm and stuffy. Food was good. It is disappointing that they do not mix the cheese at your table anymore. Our cheese fondue was a little runny. And did not seem to be enough cheese for the four people at the table. So the portion fell a little small. Meats were fine. Server was not very attentive. We had four empty water glasses on our table and had to flag him down to get additional water. He never offered additional vegetables. It was an ok visit. Not the amazing experience we remembered from the past. 😔

The restaurant was dirty, smelled awful (stale air, rotting vegetables), carpet smelled of mold and the bathroom were filthy. The food was bad, cheese fondue was tasteless and meats were low quality. The salad dressing looked and tasted like Peptibismol

High praises to our server Rico who was absolutely wonderful, and to Justin the GM. Our evening at the Melting Pot was perfect. Thank you for making our visit special.

This was the first time we ordered entrees; in prior visits we had either the cheese or the chocolate fondue. We were disappointed in the entrees, especially the beef. Both the teriyaki and garlic pepper steaks were very tough and we didn’t get the ahi tuna, even though it was part of the Pacific Rim collection. If we return, it will be for the cheese or chocolate, which were both delicious!

Enthusiasm was lacking and service was slow. For $375 they could do ALOT better. Kitchen management should use this as an opportunity to provide positive coaching to their staff. It was not busy.

The place has become pretty ran down at this point. Booth linings are ripped. Walls are pretty gross. Food was subpar.

Food was delicious- but you only get a few bites of each thing. Our table burner kept getting unplugged so our dining experience was a little extended. Service was outstanding. Wine list is basic but has some tasty choices.

Food is always delicious and filling. Service has always been excellent in the 15 years that my wife and I have been visiting this location(it’s where we met). Will continue to eat here every chance we get!
