Excellent food as we usually expect from any MP we’ve been to. Our server was very nice and so friendly. However, we asked for new drinks as our entree portion started and we did not see our server for awhile. I went to ask a gentleman if he could get us drinks and he said he’d take care of us. Still no drinks. Then the server returned and apparently the drink order was misplaced or never put in. They still charged us for our drinks, which made for a frustrating end to an excellent night out while visiting Seattle.

As a family who loves celebrating birthdays and special occasions here, last night's experience was disappointing. Despite the good service to celebrate my son's birthday, our evening was disturbed greatly by the table of screaming children and overly loud drunk adults who were sitted at the table across from us. While not the fault of rhr servers, it would have been helpful for management to ask the table to be quiet and respectful of other guests.

Had a bad experience where the waitress spilled a tray of drinks (water) on the. Birthday girl. They were more worried to cleaning up there floor than see how she was going. Clothes were soaked and didn’t get the impression they cared. They switched our wait staff and they were okay, while situation was made awkward. We still tipped 20% but you would think they would have atleast comped the birthday girl who had drinks spilled on her their meal but instead offered a 20% off. We could also hear their conversations during our entire dinner about how it’s not a big deal. Won’t be back to this location.

We like the Melting Pot, but it is expensive. Service was SO slow and not attentive. Waiver wasn’t around much until it was time to pay. Stood behind me when a handing me the device to add tip. We were disappointed.
