   Been coming here for years because we love it. This time wasn't great though...the menu changes are cumbersome. The simple favorites were difficult to order. Portion sizes have decreased tremendously, sauces included. The classic salad has different lettuce. Prices were expensive. We got our cheese before we got our drinks, after being there for 45 minutes. The price of dinner includes the experience and our experience was lacking. Our server was great. He was just overwhelmed it seemed. :(

   We went to the melting pot for our daughter’s 22nd birthday. The food was delicious. The service was great, and we had a lot of fun dipping and sharing our food. If you’re looking for dinner as entertainment, the Melting Pot is a great place to go.

   Always a delicious and relaxing experience at The Melting Pot! Our server, Raye was a "Raye of sunshine" and so interactive and sweet with our family. She was very attentive and helpful and very knowledgeable. She made our experience even more enjoyable. We loved the Wisconsin cheese fondue (apples are delish in this), the flaming turtle chocolate fondue (love the waffles and strawberries in this), and the California salad is always a hit. For the entree we all loved the herb crusted chicken breast, shrimp, chicken pot skewers, and teriyaki marinated steak! The dipping sauces are all delicious but the green goddess, teriyaki glace, and ginger plum are the best! We got an extra large side of the green goddess and used that for all the veggies and chicken. It was a great birthday experience.

   Christian was our waiter and was Fabulous! He was on time with everything and we never had to wait between courses or for drink refills, etc…

   We had a really great time was not expecting it to be quite so busy and loud, but we will definitely be back

   Food was good. Waitress was hard to find, they weren’t busy. Usually we see them more often.

   It was a wonderful first experience for fondue. I went with my partner and every single thing we had to eat was better than the last. We went with the couple's experience, (Wisconsin Cheddar cheese fondue->caprese salad->Land & Sea and Classic entree with the grill method of cooking->Flaming Turtle chocolate fondue for dessert), and although those cocktails fluffed up the end of the bill substantially, the entire night was a success. Be ready to pay up to $100 per person if you go that route with the cocktails, though. They're worth it, but definitely not cheap.

    Had a wonderful experience. We all ate way too much but enjoyed every bite!!!! Our waiter, Pat, was great!
