Our larger spaces are located in the upstairs portion of our restaurant, and our Wine Room is located on the main floor.

    In one word.... AWESOME! Food is incredible. We had the Gnocchi Bolognese and the Grilled Pork Chop. Big portions with fresh ingredients. We sat at the bar and had incredible service from our bartender - Justin. It's hard to find bright, personable, and knowledge hospitality staff these days but it looks like The Local hit the jackpot! Thank you for a lovely evening and an incredible meal.

    We enjoyed the prefix menu items, we shared the crab soup and salad selection, then we both had the rockfish dish it was amazing, lightly battered fish, the sticky rice ball and coleslaw. The miso, maple soy ginger was a great base. Then we finished with each of the desserts a peanut butter brownie and a flourless chocolate cake. Both very good. To drink we had a rose wine with dinner and I had a spicy old fashioned!!! Very good!!! The service was efficient and we had a great time!!!

    It was restaurant week and the menu had some wonderful surprises!! The crispy rockfish and gnocchi truffle ragout were especially delicious!!

    Our meal at the Local Restaurant was a tale of two cities. First, I made reservations for seven people for a birthday dinner five days in advance. Special request of a cupcake. Four hours before the reservation (six o’clock Saturday evening) I received an email from the restaurant telling me that they were participating in restaurant week and they could not provide me a cupcake nor was the regular menu available. A set price preselected menu was only available. I was shocked at the restaurant’s lack of consideration. A last minute major surprise. The birthday girl liked the restaurant so I decided to overlook the neglect . Second tale, our restaurant experience. Two of us were early but were welcomed and seated promptly. Our waiter was attentive to our request. Once our whole party arrived, the rhythm of the evening flowed naturally. The manage made an adjustment in our orders, food and drinks followed, and the evening became a joyful event. The preset menu was acceptable to all and the food was quite delicious. The birthday event ended happily.

    We were there during restaurant week. Jasmine was fantastic! She was friendly and provided excellent service. The food was great, the atmosphere was comfortable and it was a very enjoyable exoerience. We will be back.

    Great time at The Local. Got a last minute reservation for restaurant week and it was a great value for $35. They were out of the wine we wanted, but not the end of the world.

    Went during restaurant week so there was a limited menu. However, what was offered was fantastic. Delicious. My daughter and I both left happy and surely will visit again in the future.

    We were to be seated with a crowd, but then we were permitted to sit in an area less crowded. The service could not have been better. The food was amazingly flavorful. We will return.
