This was my second visit to the Lobby. Like last time, the food was very good. Leo was great and friendly. My only "question" was why it took so long to get our cocktails. I would imagine it had to be a issue with the bar, and not Leo. Other than that, Kudos to the restaurant staff. I'll back!

We went here for Father’s Day lunch. I knew the ambience would be nice, as we have eaten brunch here during a staycation at this hotel. The service was fine, nothing noteworthy. We ordered the crispy chicken sandwich for one son, it came incorrectly. My son was so hungry, we didn’t end up sending it back. When my older son saw the sandwich, he decided to order the same one, we specified the mistake on the other one and said to make it without a sauce…it came with the sauce and extra on the side. This is not the kind of mistake that should happen twice in the same service at any restaurant, let alone The Lobby at The Peninsula. They didn’t even offer to remake it. I was a bit surprised. With the numerous options available in the city, I don’t know if we would consider returning.

Very slow service from start to finish & it was not a busy night. No salad or app plates cleared, before dinner arrived. No wine or cocktail glasses cleaned when finished.

The lobby at the peninsula is extremely beautiful. The hostess where very helpful and nice . I love come here when ever I can .
