C'est en 2005 que The Ledbury ouvre ses portes avec Brett Graham en tant que chef cuisinier, soutenu par une équipe jeune et dynamique, y compris le sous-chef Greg Austin, et le directeur du restaurant Darren McHugh. Ledbury represents the quintessential experience of fine dining. It exudes elegant atmosphere with bright natural sunlight from surrounding bay windows (we had lunch). Food was top of the world and service quality was friendly and pleasant.

My 2nd visit to The Ledbury. Wow, it just gets better. Amazing meal, Serve was impeccable, everything about this place oozes greatness. Lovely surprises throughout the day, and some wonderful gifts upon leaving too. We had an amazing experience, one to never forget. Thank you

Exquisite food as you would expect however the real treat here is the service with a perfect balance of personal whilst not intrusive. Every detail is well thought out, even the inevitable trip to the loo is an experience walking past the mushroom cabinet to the beautiful bathroom. Flawless from beginning to end, before we knew it we had been dining for 3 hours and planning our return.

This was our first time experiencing Ledbury. We meet friends and had a wonderful time. The food was outstanding and the service was impeccable. Will be back soon.

Exceptional food and Outstanding service. No other words. One of if not the best 3 star Michelin restaurants I have been to.

Exquisite food and paired wines for the eight course lunch. Staff were brilliant. The young sommelier brought all the wines to life with detailed explanations of the regions,the grapes and the vintners. Really special experience. Friendly and amusing staff who were extremely well training. The food was a visionary delight , full of bursts of unexpected flavours, textures and coliour. A dream in food.
