Established in 2002, The Knife is an authentic Argentinean steakhouse experience, where you can enjoy over 15 different cuts of beef, chicken and pork, all grilled to perfection by our expert "Parrillero" (Grill Master). The quality of the meat was average at best the service mediocre I got immediate indigestion after the potato salad. The concept of having to make get in line for someone to grill a small piece of meat and then having to go back every time seemed 3rd world. For the 50 a person price tag not worth it.

The servers refused to speak English. Last time I checked we are located in the United States and English is our official language. Won’t go back

I was dissatisfied with the quality of the food. The pork chops were very dry and no flavor. Flies were observed through out the restaurant. My wife had to kill one that was flying around our table. I would like to get my money back and advise people not to go to The Knife anymore.

There was a very long line for the meat so we spent a long time there as opposed to be together at the dinner table

Meat was extremely dry and made us feel sick same day, the only good thing they had was the sides and desserts. Not work the $120+ I paid

Meat was hard, tried two different cuts and all hard. Soda didn’t have gas, the grill was almost empty, not too many choices available to pick. Not worth what they charge.

My experience at The Knife was disappointing. Despite making reservations, I wasn't on the list when I arrived. The buffet-style service for meats lacked the authentic Argentinian touch, with some undercooked and fatty cuts. The waiter, Donatello, was scarce at our table. At $58 per person, the overall value didn't match the subpar culinary and service experience. The ambience was decent, but the overall impression left much to be desired.
