The overall service was good! Last visit, the server was EXCELLENT! This server was ‘ok’- very pleasant,-,not as seasoned as the last server., She gave good wine advice! The calamari starter was great!’ The steak was on par, but the ceasar salad was not so good… it tasted like it came out of a bag, with few Caesar ingredients and the dressing was not incorporated … For the price of this meal, I would expect higher standards,, Is it a deal breaker? No, I’ll see next time I go… 🤞🤞🤞🤞

This Keg location always delivers on food quality, everything perfectly cooked and the servers have always been outstanding. If the food wasn’t so consistently good and the servers fantastic, I honestly would never come here again because the hostesses are unbearable. The last 5 times I’ve been here, with a reservation (not walk in) I’ve always selected standard dining area, not bar or lounge. Upon check in they always immediately take us to the lounge area with the short chairs and small tables which is fine for some occasions but it’s not my preference. Every single time we have to ask to be moved to the dining area as we requested in the reservation. They without fail act like this is the biggest inconvenience and that we’ll have to wait additional time to get our table ready because it’s busy. Yes I know it’s busy that’s why I made a reservation? Eventually we get to a dining table and of course theres multiple open tables around. We literally have a running joke every time we come here to see if they’ll put us in the dining room this time on the first try without requesting it, has yet to happen. Honestly the hostesses must be paid commission on seating people in the lounge because I can’t think of another reason why they continuously push people to sit there so aggressively.

The steaks were very well prepared! Our server as amazing! While the ambience was good, it was a little dark for people with degenerative eyesight. Experience overall was terrific! We celebrated a birthday! Always recommend The Keg! Will be back!

As usual we enjoyed our steak dinner at the Keg. The food was tasty and the service was excellent. The lighting could be a bit brighter though similar to some of the newer locations. Overall a positive experience and would come back!

Ordered a medium prime rib but it was definitely overcooked - medium well. Told the waiter but he said its’s medium but luckily I still managed to get another slide. The second steak was good. It was a medium steak and I enjoyed the steak. I’ve put a note in the reservation saying its for birthday celebration but unfortunately no one comes and gives us a blessing. Its a bit disappointing. But overall its okay.

We went for my husband’s birthday and had an 8:30 reservation, but didn’t get seated until 8:50. After sitting for 20 minutes, none of the servers acknowledged us—they completely ignored our table while serving others. Frustrated, I spoke to the front desk host, who apologized and promised to send someone immediately, but another 10 minutes passed, and still no one came. My husband was disappointed, and my kids were hungry, so we decided to leave. When the host saw us, he apologized again and asked me to email him to make things right. Honestly, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.
