We had a 530 dinner reservation. We got there 30 minutes early at 5 PM. It was no problem as they had just opened at 4 PM and there was many of tables. They sat myself my wife and my son. We were there to celebrate my wife’s birthday, which was made in the reservation. The server took our drink order right away. Our appetizer and food order was taken shortly thereafter the beverages and the appetizer came out in a timely fashion, but the food which was just a meal for myself and my wife I had steak and she had salmon took an hour and 15 minutes , when the restaurant was absolutely quiet we had our three year-old son there with us so his patients was all but gone that in its own we could’ve overlooked possibly, but then the food was barely even warm the waitress let our beverages run empty she never came to the table. Once after the manager dropped off the food she never even brought it to our table Until our place ready to be taken away then when she brought the birthday cake out for my wife, there was no candle. She simply put it on the table without asking us if we were ready and walked away so my son and I sang my wife happy birthday as he was still eating , and without a candle. We’ve gone to the keg repeatedly over the years because it’s always no one for the best food and service at any of their locations. Unfortunately, this was not the case at the Riverside location on this date. The service was beyond poor there was barely any to speak of the food, took forever and was barely warm, and I found it a very rude Way to bring my wife’s birthday cake out to be just put on the table and walked away anyways that’s our experience.

Wonderful quiet table for 3. Service was very good and the food was delicious. Vodka on the rocks was the shortest pour I've ever had- but steaks, mushrooms and salads were great!

Amazing meal overlooking the Detroit skyline. We were meeting friends for dinner and the wait staff was wonderful! We were not rushed and took our time with drinks, appetizers, meal, & dessert. The food was delicious and would drive 5+ hours to eat here again!!

The food was delicious as always and our server Courtney was wonderful. She was attentive and had great menu suggestions. My mom had a wonderful time celebrating her birthday.

Gracie took care of all over our needs. Her smile lit up the room and was an excellent sport. She always made sure we didn't go without anything. Food was ok too.

We sat for quite a period of time before anyone acknowledged us at our table. Finally Jessica noticed & apologized offering to get our drink order started & would look into who was assigned to our table. Again having waited, our waitress did finally appear and our order was placed. Although friendly, she lacked in her attention for service. She advised she would have our salad follow after our appetizers, which never came & she never came back to the table until after our entrees were delivered. Jessica actually came back to check on us and we advised her to cancel the salad & she apologized and said would have our bill adjusted to the appropriate option that did not include for the salad. During that time our waitress returned & Jessica updated her as to what needed to be done. As well, the butter for my order was not received in advance for time to heat up & was brought after receiving my meal. It was cold & no time at that point to heat up to enjoy with my lobster. Our food otherwise met our expectations however the service provided by our waitress was extremely disappointing. We provided her a small percentage tip just because that is who we are however we provided a greater tip to Jessica because of her exceptional efforts which we greatly appreciated.
