We had a party of nine in the Whiskey Room. Our food was delicious and the service was excellent!

Table service fantastic. Host and hostess staff very unorganized. Lack of communication. Curtis seemed to make several errors which delayed us being seated for 40 mins. Manager addressed with my observations and comments.

First time to The Keg and it was such a lovely place to eat and engage in conversation. The food was perfect..our waitress was wonderful.. . Everyone we interacted with were friendly and polite.. very clean location ..

The Keg is a staple because it’s always so consistent regardless of what location. What made our visit so special this time was our server, Kendall, who was super attentive without being overbearing, and just a very pleasant personality with very impressive social/interpersonal skills. We will be requesting her at every visit moving forward.

Overall a good experience. It was busy and the service was good for how busy it was but my soup was forgotten ( waitress did a accommodate to that). The dessert was a very nice touch. Steak was a bit tough and the peppercorn was a bit exaggerated. Drinks were the best part overall , very well done on that. Overall what it cost too done there , I think the experience could be more intimate , relaxing and better.

Reserved a booth on bar side. Had to go dinning side because they put other people there. Ordered appetizer and never got it. Received salad then bread then our drinks from the bar. Our food came fast and was really good. Was never asked if we wanted another drink. My wife's wine was empty for majority of our dinner. Our waitress dropped a container to put my food in. Dropped it off as she quickly walked by without eye contact or any interaction. Dropped off our jack minor pie and said happy anniversary. Before she ran away my wife had to ask her if she could get a glass of wine. We were 3/4 done the dessert, my wife finally got her wine. Maybe 2 min after the bill was dropped off on the table as she walked by again with no interaction. She checked out the table next to us and then came to us as we were finishing our desert. So I guess we had to pay and we're wanted to leave?? We were never asked if we wanted another drink during our meal. Never asked if we needed anything. Never asked if maybe we wanted a coffee or anything. Just a bill while we were still eating and my wife had 2 sips of her wine. Prob the most rushed and unimpressed I have been. We go to the Keg every year for our anniversary and for our birthdays. Never have been rushed before and pushed out before. Our whole meal from when we sat down to when we were forced to pay was 50 min. We sat and finished our drinks anyways. Felt like a production line where we only could have a salad, one drink, a main, dessert and time to leave.

It was really busy as the drone show was rescheduled to last night at the exact time of our reservation. We waited almost a half hour for our table but as usual, the food was great and service excellent. The Keg is my “go-to” choices because it never disappoints.

this was not a typical experience of the keg - the service was very inattentive to our table and our meal was extremely drawn out. We had a 4pm reservation and we didn't get served our meal until 5:50pm and checked out at 7pm. 3hrs for an early meal...not great. The only thing that made up for it was the food.
