Not the usual 5/5; appetizers (shrimp cocktail and escargot) were excellent, so too was the wine and soft drinks. Where it fell off the rails was the prime rib. There were three of us splitting the 180z portion; one adult and two kids. Traditionally it's delicious, perfect medium rare as they promote. But this piece looked and tasted like it fell off the back of the truck; tough, flavourless and overcooked. They did remedy the situation by replacing it with a proper piece, however the side of bernaise we ordered for $3.00 was now cold and congealed and they didnt' think to replace it. Minus one of the managers brining out the replacement with an apology, nothing else was offered; no discount, no complimentary soft drinks, etc. I sat at the bar recently and they overcooked my sirloin; they comped me a $17.00 glass of red wine for a $25.00 entree, but this time nothing for $63.00 piece of prime rib on a $120.00 bill??? Come on Keg, you're better than that! All in all first world problems, jut not the usual Keg experience.

I have been to the Keg many times and was very disappointed in our visit. Our server Catherine was impossible to find when we needed her, and when we would ask her for something it would take far too long. An example were the drinks. Our water glasses kept running empty and the drinks we had ordered, took 45 minutes to get to the table and got to the point where one of our guests had thought the server forgot to punch it in. Additionally, the food took so long that a guest at my table who joined the table an hour late, didn’t want to order (due to the waits) because there was only 1/2 drinks at the table thus far, and the food that we had ordered well before he got there still hadn’t come out and was nearing 45 minutes…. the table beside us who ordered after us even got their food before us. I understand that some nights are busier than others, but it was clear that our server had too many tables to manage and she should have warned us about the wait times. Our table was also located near the front and was cold being near the door and was squishy. There was no place to hang jackets and purses/jackets hanging on the back of our chairs were getting knocked down due to people squeezing by our table. Lastly, while trying to leave, the process to get the bill and pay it was nearly 20 minutes which by that point my group was standing at our table with jackets on ready to leave as our stay for 4 people was nearing 3 hours... For the price you pay for a meal and drinks here, my group and I were very disappointed due to lack of service and wait times.

Excellent experience dining here for our 1st wedding anniversary! Service was great and the manager personally came to our table several times!

Ari was our waiter. He was very friendly and efficient. Service was excellent and well timed. Food was good, and arrived hot. Very pleasant evening.

We had an amazing time and Lorraine is amazing. The Mamagers also visited Our table and we had a great experience. Everything was cooked perfectly and the Kanas Striploin is fantastic.

Great location with great service. Would suggest making a reservation beforehand as it was quite busy in the dinning area.
