The service was outstanding. However, my wife's medium-well steak was more medium. Our server and the manager offered to throw it back on the grill, but my wife said she would keep it. My medium-rare steak was delicious but probably needed another minute on the grill. I didn't flag it with our server. To compensate, they removed one glass of wine and the coffee from our bill. The problem is that this seems to be an ongoing problem. Our last visit was Dec. 31 and steaks were undercooked. One visit is an issue, two is a problem. We will have to really think hard if we are to return.

We ordered a couple of things to share including the prime rib (18 oz). We typically order a big prime rib like this and have it finished on the grill to a medium. This renders the fat a bit while preserving the tenderness of the meat from the slow roasting process. We've done this several times in the past. The problem with the meal this time is that the restaurant provided us with an "end piece", which tends to be dryer, leaner, and saltier to start with. This is not what we wanted. The restaurant did address this issue but I would recommend to the restaurant (and future patrons) that if an "end-piece" is served, it should be communicated. The kitchen needs to know if this cut of meat is what the table wants. And then table needs to know that the "end-piece" is what the kitchen is preparing.

Everything was wrong. The appetizer came before drinks and wines. The menus said come with mushrooms. None of the dishes have it. After half way of our main course , we have to ask for our salad. Asked for more cheese for salad, the waiter brought to us 15 minutes later. We thought he forgot. He was being slow. By the time I almost finished the main, how can eat the salad? My daughter asked for some ice, never give her. Everything was wrong.

I’m in a wheelchair and sometimes restaurants are a challenge, but not at the Keg in Richmond Hill. The and service were fantastic!

Birthday dinner for the wifey and she loved it! The chef's special was spectacular and we even had a free choice from the dessert menu! Served well and go home with a big smile on my loved one! Happy wife happy life!

Food was great. Service a bit slow (clearing off the table, bringing drinks) A bit too loud. Server was personable and super friendly.

We did family style with couple of orders of 18oz prime ribs, bunch of shareable sides and appys. We were happy with the food and the bill was reasonable!
