Our server was very good a issue at other table ruined the evening the waiter for the other side was dealing with 3 unruly individuals they were ask to leave and pay there bill because of age drink related issue they were loud the server did the best to calm the moment our waiter maybe not quite aware what was going on it would have been nice if the person in charge would have come by a apologized because it ruined a perfectly good evening. But hats off to him for neutralizing something that could have went real bad fast

We were celebrating my birthday. We both got the snow crab and steak dinner. Crab was amazing…steak not that great to be honest. I had a piece of bone in my sirloin. Lastly, the hostess said she was bringing over a surprise for my bday which was lovely! Until we received the bill and we were charged for the piece of cake which we didn’t order the hostess offered to bring over a birthday treat. Typically something like that is on the house at most restaurants and we were quite surprised.

We had the worst server. She obviously did not want to work. It took over 10 minutes for her to first come to our table to see if we even wanted a drink. It took another 10 minutes to bring us our drinks and she had the order wrong and had to go back. She had no personality- was nowhere to be seen. She made our evening the worst and the next time we are going to the Keg and spending that kind of money it certainly will not be there

This place is awesome! The food is outstanding, the service top notch, the local discount is a HUGE plus, and the free desert for celebrations makes this place great to go to.

We went for our Anniversary Dinner the staff wished us a happy anniversary and give us dessert it was amazing time.

Front desk was really nice, greeted us, walked us into our section. We sat there for 10 mins with no greet from the server (we timed it), we had our whole order ready and nobody was in the section in general. We waited an extra minute and got up and left. Kind of disappointing because we were really looking forward to having a good time.

Dinner was amazing our service was next level. Maria was our server was extremely accommodating to our shellfish allergy. We will absolutely be back

We were greeted immediately and I was wished a happy birthday. Service was great by Isabella. Food was cooked perfectly. The restaurant was very busy and noisy. Overall a good experience.
