I have been going to the Keg for years and will never return to this location. We had to ask several times for water and waited over an hour for our meal. None of our steaks were cooked properly. The side of vegetables consisted of half a beet and 6 beans! So cheap. I’d My son wanted medium and his was well done. I asked for medium rare and got medium at best. I asked for a new steak and they said I would get it right away. Over twenty minutes later I still had no steak. I asked the manager to cancel my meal because the wait was ridiculous and he gave me terrible attitude. So disappointed in this location and I will NEVER return. I frequent the Keg in Mississauga, Oakville and Toronto and have never had any issues. They should be ashamed in the way they treated a customer. Don’t bother going here.

The prime rib was bland without much flavor and my wife commented on the choice to play rav music.

Open table . Please remove Keg fallsview off your list . I originally booked there to find out it is no longer there. I had to pay for parking to find out the restaurant is no longer the Keg and was lucky to get last minute reservations at another Keg

It was really nice. After a small delay getting us to our table, the restaurant staff worked to ensure we enjoyed ourselves. The food (as always) was delicious and the cocktails were superb.

I’m sorry I gave only 3 stars as the dining experience altogether was disappointing. What a difference in taste and quality of a meal from the Guelph location of The Keg. The mashed potatoes needed more butter, the twice baked potato was over done. The salmon was missing salt while the pistachios were burnt. That was our Christmas dinner at Niagara Falls

Truly loved the service. However there was an over charged error on my receipt. I was certain that the Kansas NY CLSC was 64.00$ instead of the 78.00$ charge & paid for on my receipt. Quite unfortunate l didn’t catch it before leaving.

We (the Barbaro family) had dinner at The Keg on December 26. Chris was our server, who, as usual, was very attentive and went above and beyond in making sure our needs were fulfilled. We never had a server as exceptional as Chris, who is always on the ball, and anticipates our every requests - before we got to our seats last night, he already had our two bottles of San Pellegrino in their chillers, with our slices of lemons ready to go. As for the manager, DJ, we can always count on him to making sure that we always have a great experience.
