We went for an anniversary dinner. The service was amazing. Food was amazing. And we even got a free dessert to celebrate. We will be return again for sure.

Our server was amazing. Rudy was very talkative but he wasn’t interrupting or annoying. He made some recommendations which were absolutely amazing. The T-bone steaks were phenomenal.

Quieter than other Kegs we have been to, which was nice. Service was ok. Food was good enough but portions were small for the cost. Seem to be some cutting or corners compared to what it used to be like.

We had prime rib which was absolutely fantastic, We went early and had a wonderful meal. Our server was amazing, definitely will return

The waiter was very knowledgeable and accommodating The food was subpar, I ordered Ceasar salad for my starter which was very soggy and some leaves were brown, I ordered salmon with twice baked potato which was cold. The waiter offered to have it redone but I didn't want to eat by myself as my spouses meal was received so I just had the salmon with 2 strands of broccolini. The manager offered me a free dessert and coffee but I declined, they ended up comping my dinner. I feel the Keg is not what it used to be, not my first unimpressed visit.

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic experience at this location! We were celebrating our birthdays together, and the waiter was so kind as to give us a surprise dessert- a giant almond, mocha, caramel ice-cream cake slice with cookie crust. The service was wonderful all night, and my partner’s prime rib was much better than at another Keg elsewhere. French Onion Sirloin was top tier and the fries were you perfectly crunchy.

We ordered the crab cakes as an appetizer, and we were expecting at least 4 cakes, as we were 4 people, plus when we had them at The Keg in St. Catharines, there were 4 in the order there. We were surprised to only receive 2 (and they were not big), for the cost of them, and we were not all able to have one, so we needed to order another appetizer.
