Great overall. Food was excellent. Would have liked a different table. Felt like its location was an afterthought. I’ll ask for a booth next time.

Made a reservation specifically to try the new prime rib stuffed Yorkshire puddings. We ordered two servings of them along with the crispy cauliflower and a steak dish. It took over 45 minutes to come out and there was very literally one small slice of meat hidden inside the folds of an overcooked, somewhat burnt Yorkshire pudding. The photo on the website showed an inch of prime rib slices piled on top of a golden yorkie. Asked the lovely waitress about it and she agreed it did not seem to be right. She took it back and had the kitchen add more meat - which was appreciated - but upon returning it, it was cold and still burnt. I don’t recommend the yorkshire puddings.

Perfect steak and Filet dinners! Great service by Andres. We found the level of noise in our area, which was adjacent to the bar, was not conducive to intimate conversation.

The prime rib is always very good at The Keg. Watch out for the horse radish. Excellent but very hot if your not used to it. Bread was warm and very tasty.

The food and the service were excellent. However being a Saturday night it was very busy and very noisy. It did not help that our table was placed close to the bar. Talking was difficult so conversation was kept to the minimum.

Where do I start? Booked 2 weeks before, you checked two times if we were coming- husband’s birthday. When we arrived offered us a table in back corner near the parking lot or wait 45 minutes for another table. Ridiculous I booked two weeks ago. Finally, got changed. Waiter great! I noticed the BBQ ribs were marked gluten free offered with fries. I asked the waiter if the fries were done in a separate fryer? No! Too expensive to have a separate fryer. I asked why is it printed on the menu as gluten free then with the ribs? Oh you can change it to something gluten free. That is not acceptable as some newly diagnosed celiac are not fully aware and trust the restaurant to have safe food. I will notify the Celiac Association of which I am a member it is not safe to eat at The Southpoint Keg if you are a Celiac. This has to be changed on the menu. My husband’s meal was cold(mashed potatoes) The Cactus Club and Tap and Barrel have a separate fryer. Very expensive for what you get at The Keg. I always felt comfortable at The Keg but lately it has been hap hazard as far as the food is concerned The prices are very high. Do you share the reviews with Management at The Keg? I will be checking their menus in person to see if they have adjusted this misleading info under the BB Q ribs. If not, we will not be going back to The Keg at Southpoint and I will keep the Celiac Association informed. Very disappointing experience. As I said the waiter was good. Final note- it is good we have lots of choices nearby to eat and that we can trust.
