We love the Keg chain and for twenty years, with one exception, have had our major celebrations at the Keg Esplanade, which is always a five star experience. Last spring we came here and it was very good, so we came back because it's closer. But last. night's meal was exactly why we'd stopped coming here decades ago. 1) The steaks were overcooked. Mine, for example, was medium and came back medium-well with the barest hint of pink. They were on the dry side at the centre. The fries and vegetables were cool to cold and had to be returned. The bread was dry. (The fries tasted either frozen or half-cooked and warmed up.) 2) We had marked birthday celebration on our reservation. This wasn't passed on to our server and she didn't ask us. We called her over to tell her, when we overheard her asking a table near us. We asked for mayo for our fries; it never came. We weren't asked if we wanted more wine until dessert. (Our server was very pleasant; perhaps overworked?) 3) Last year, we were on the ground floor closer to the kitchen. Did this make a difference? It's a long way from the kitchen to the upper floors. In any case, this wasn't a $200 plus meal. We definitely won't be back.

We had a great dinner - food was delicious Our server Miguel was wonderful - friendly & professional Noise level was very loud - would have liked a quieter table . Large table of younger adults was near us & made it very loud

My Prime Rib had too much fat on it and my Caesar salad tasted off, so I was disappointed

Unfortunately our waiter seemed to be overwhelmed and we were waiting for our food for some time. Usually we are in and out in 2 hours however tonight ended up being over 3!

We had a terrible experience at the Keg Mansion this past weekend. After we placed our order, our food took an hour to come! Our family has been going to Keg restaurants for years and this was so disappointing! Hopefully they do better in the future.

We were a party of 3 (two adults and one child), with a reservation for dinner. We were seated right away and in good time ordered drinks/apps. Our server asked why we were there and we told her we were going to a show after dinner. So she said she’d get us out quickly. Then our server disappeared for a while. Finally she came back to take the order for our entrée. An hour later our entrées arrived. We had to rush through our meal to get to the show in time. I’ve been to this location many times before and this has never happened. Pretty poor service and disappointed

Keg Mansion is top 3 locations across the chain. Everything was done very well and each plate was cooked to our liking. Server was good, we could have used a bit more attention with our drinks. Considering the restaurant was quite busy it was a very good experience overall.

Excellent food and outstanding service! The only issue I noticed was related to accessibility. My mother has mobility issues and had to climb 2 flights of stairs to go to the restroom. Apart from that, excellent experience!

I celebrated my birthday there and the staff were absolutely fantastic. The arrangements were great, the food was excellent. Our service was prompt and very friendly. I had a wonderful time there as usual and we will be back again
