This location supersedes all the other ones! Love the location, classic and beautiful and the quality of the food is much much better!

Our table reso was late but Prosecco were delivered whilst. Miguel delivered excellent service thank you. Crab cakes were salty. Onions rings arrived cold. But steak veggies and fries were delicious. Billy m of course is the best.

As always we had a great evening here. The Mansion is always a good bet and, despite the full house, everything served quickly. A minor error with one of the food orders was corrected immediately and with a heartfelt apology. If you’re lucky you will have Brandon as your server, he was a delight. Looking forward to returning.

5:30 reservation. We were there at 5:15. This should have been plenty of time to eat comfortably and get to the Scotiabank arena for the 7:00 puck drop, right? Not even close. We ended up asking for our food (The entire maini course plus dessert) to be put in a box, and got out of the restaurant at 6:50. It's difficult to watch everyone around you get their food before you, regardless of how long they'd been seated. Not worth the $100.00 we paid for this meal. Essentially, we had a baked garlic shrimp and cauliflower bites before having to leave. We go to the Keg, in Toronto, and Ajax pretty often. We look for a Keg when we're out of town. We understand they were busy, that happens, but there's no way this should have gone the way it did. Suffice to say, we're pretty disappointed in our Anniversary dinner. Thanks for comping the Billy Miner Pie though I guess. J S Innis

Our waitress was excellent, very attentive but the wait for food was very long. We sat down at 5:15 and didn’t leave until 7:10. We had to rush eat because of a nearby engagement at 7:30. I’d thought that would have been more than enough time to eat, but since it was about 6:55 by the time our food came out, we didn’t have time for desert :( The taste was excellent though!

Birthday dinner. Party of 5. Pleasant evening, friendly and prompt service from staff. Had the Tuna Tartare, T-Bone Steak, Top Sirloin, French Onion Sirloin, Lobster Tail Dinner and File Mignon. Finished with Billy Miner Pie, Pineapple Upside-down Cake and Creme Brulee.

Service was above and beyond , the mgr coming out to personally address an allergy at the table and assure the person that she would monitor the process to ensure no contamination was a nice unexpected and unasked for touch , have never seen that before and we were pleasantly surprised for it. All the staff appeared very happy to be there and all levels of service were outstanding,

Enjoyed a belated Valentines dinner at the Keg Mansion. Similar quality of food, service and ambience we have come to expect from this steakhouse chain. However, I would have to say the meal was not the best I have enjoyed at other Keg locations. Couldn’t give it a perfect 5

From start to finish great meal. My daughter was very happy that they listened to her "nothing on her burger but ketchup" request. My Filet Mignon was cooked perfectly. It's our family birthday tradition and I look forward to next year's!

I have been going to this location for a number of years and it truly has never disappointed. My whole family went again a few days ago and all of our steaks were cooked to perfection.
