Perfectly cooked prime rib, medium rare with a nice side of horseradish. Yum and good deal, prime rib classic with upsize to 18oz. Does not dissapoint!

Wow - what a great experience; I used to go to Keg in the Pacific NW all the time, but all locations have closed in US (we miss them!) This Keg was amazing - a very cool location/interior; nice upstairs bar; wonderful food and amazing service - our server Lindsay was perfection - friendly, efficient and had great recommendations - she made sure to accommodate the special dietary needs in our party!

Food was very good but not incredible considering their price. The mansion ambience was nice but the music was not good. It is probably more reasonable to play a type of music going with a steakhouse like classical or something but very loud and old pop music was playing like a student pub that surprised us (not in a good way)

We have not been to the Keg in several years but were faithful supporters in the past. Our experience was fantastic from the reception at the front door, to the cocktail in the lounge and throughout our dining experience at the table. Our server was Chantelle and she was incredibly thoughtful, proactive, friendly and professional. We found the food and wine menus reasonably priced and the options balanced. We would definitely return and recommend.

Reservation was easy to manage, host was prompt to greet us. Wait to get to our table was minimal, but took 10 min for a server to greet us. We ordered drinks, bread, and food all at once because of how slow the initial service had been. Bread arrived before drinks, & when drinks did arrive (had 2 ask another server for them), part of the drink order was forgotten. When initially speaking with our server we mentioned a dairy & a pork allergy, both of which were handled very well, but when the bread came the oil & vinegar we asked 4 was forgotten & had to be asked for again with a second round of bread, because no one checked on us. The salad came out at a fairly quickly, but then we waited an additional 10-15 min between finishing the salad and receiving our main course. Food was excellent & the manger did check with us about the allergy requests being followed but when we were finished eating we sat with our empty plates for 10-15 min waiting for them to be cleared. We were celebrating an anniversary, and waited long before our Billy Miner Pie, which was served while we still had our dinner on the table because they forgot to bring a to go box. Forgetting something isn’t that bad, and normally wouldn’t affect how we feel about service, if it’s a 1 off situation, but when something is forgotten with every order we place, coupled with the fact we were rarely checked in on it becomes more of an issue. Our server ran away after every interaction without time to ask for anything & never really asked us what we needed. We would have ordered drinks but were never given the chance. We felt ignored by and a nuisance to our server. Meal time was 2.5 hours, much longer than we had expected, especially since how quiet the it was after 9:30-9:45. Multiple points throughout the meal where it felt uncomfortable because of how long we were waiting & not being checked on. Usually go to the Keg for special occasions but for a $200 meal, the service was not up to par.

Perfect spot down town parking is not a problem and the food and service is great 👍

We are regulars. Love being in the mansion (especially upstairs). Staff is always fun and courteous. Food is great.

Service was great. Our waiter (Kyle) was attentive without being intrusive. Food was excellent and portions well-sized. Only drawback was that it was fairly loud - a function of too many people having a good time. Could have worse problems
