Overall it was fair, but not as good as other Keg locations. The filet mignon asked for medium rare and it came out to be rare. The green beans were very old, not crunchy and fresh. Their supply is not fresh, can’t really blame the server for these kitchen issues. Celebrated my mom’s birthday there and it was not the best experience, but the service was nice. The staff were friendly so it made up for it.

Everything was amazing, the food, the staff, where we sat. Such a beautiful building. Always an amazing time there and they did not disappoint. A++

A very nice experience for my son‘s birthday The warm bread was outstanding It took a very long time for our main courses to arrive, but the waiter was nice enough to offer up a second loaf of bread while we were waiting.

Our group of five was initially seated on the 2nd floor. After a few minutes, as the host, I asked to be moved to the main floor due to freezing temperatures on the 2nd floor and complete lack of ambiance. We were given a table in the bay window on the main floor that was also chilly due to several large floor A/C vents. The staff attempted to block the cold air flow by placing menus over the vents, with limited success. My American guests were not impressed. Neither was I!

My family and I have been going to the Keg Mansion for years. We go 5 times a year for all our birthdays. Unfortunate we did not have a great experience yesterday. We had a family of five with one baby that included a highchair. They sat us down at this small oval table putting the highchair between two familles. For a table of 6 this was certainly not big enough. We moved and they told us it was 40 minute wait. two of us guests got the prime rib which we always get and it had no flavour to it. There was hardly any sour cream on the baked potato. I mentioned it was three people birthday and nothing was done about it. Our bill was not properly done, there was added cocktails that we did not have. I'm very disappointed and I don't know that I will be returning anymore especially since we come from a far distance.

I was celebrating my Birthday with my colleagues. I was served by Andrew at the Bar and Arvin was our waiter once we were seated. We had excellent service by both ;) I ordered the two lobster tails as it was my Birthday dinner treat from my colleagues. Food was fantastic and Arvin was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I have always had a very good experience at the Keg Mansion and highly recommend it. Thank you for making my Birthday a very special occasion ;) Sincerely, Raphael
