The dining and experience was the usual excellent quality, so keep that short. What i really wanted to mention is that my wife experienced a choking incident while dining. Very scary for her and all of our family. The response and assistance we received from the staff and the manager was incredible to say the least. One of the other waiters that was nearby dropped everything he was doing and RAN, and I mean RAN to get the manager who is trained for this situation. The manager is a big man, but he RAN to the table to provide assistance. By that time my wife expelled the object and was recovering, but I am confident if she had not this man would have known what to do to save her life! From that point his level of caring and compassion was something I have never experienced. My apologies but my wife is at work so I don't have your name sir, but we are forever grateful as to how you responded in our moment of need. Thank you Keg - manager, staff, of Leslie St Location. Cannot say enough.

Drink at happy hour are normal serving and better quality at other locations. The food was quality was below average compared to other Keg locations. Our prime rib sandwich has a lot fat. The restaurant was also very cold but the server was about to get it addressed. Regular at the keg and this particular location is the worst of all others except for the waiting staff. Management should be more responsible for maintaining a standard that is normal for Keg. Maybe it’s time for some changes at THiS LOCATION!

Our Server JJ was very efficient with our service. He brought us water without us asking and when we asked for lemon slice he was also quick to return. He provided recommendation for the seasonal items. He ensured our meal choices were correct and had great memory of our choices. He asked if we were there for any special reason and my husband mentioned we were and he brought us a complimentary dessert. He was very polite, ensured quick service and we were very satisfied. We hope that on our next visit he is our server because he was very pleasant.

I am a frequent guest at the Keg, as I host many company meetings and personal family milestones and I am never disappointed. If or when there is a concern no matter how big or small, the Keg team steps up to plate to resolve the issue. Matt and the managerial team were excellent is making sure my guest was well taken care of, since she had several restrictions/allergies. The personal attention and the reassurance from the Keg management and staff is not seen everyday in other establishments. Thank you for the fantastic customer service! Happy Holidays! Demetra

Food was good; mixed drinks were not tasty as we have been accustomed. Coffee was cold. Cam, our sever, was good and friendly.

Well, we started out a bit flustered as we showed up and were sat our table from our 7:30pm reservation but over 30 minutes later noone had taken our drink or food orders despite a few waves. We reached out the manager and the mix up if not being assugned was explained and frim that time on it was 5 star service with some comped drinks and apps. The manager was great, the waitress was even better and all the food and drinks were excellent as usual
