Good, the music was loud when we first got there. Two of the four of us are hearing impaired. We asked if the music could be turned down, but it was at the lowest. Dinner was good, but our vegetables were cool. The chefs were able to accommodate my low acid, no spice, no dairy diet which was wonderful!!

Service was Steller! Our host and servers were personable, fun and processable. The best Keg I have eaten at. Food was delicious, we were full when we left! And to top it off they brought us a huge piece of ice cream cake for our anniversary. Nice touch. Definitely worth the drive to Kingston! Would we recommend? We already have.

Our meals were amazing, in fact, I had one of the best steaks I've ever had. (10 ounce tenderloin), medium well. Our server was very friendly and engaging. Would highly recommend Artel, as your server. Keep up the good work! Thanks to all for a memorable evening!

Our server Justin did a fantastic job! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Went about and beyond it was our 25 th anniversary and love going to the keg. The area we were in was extremely loud I wished the noise level was a bit quieter. People have conversations which is fine but we’re very excessive. The sound of the kitchen was very loud as well. Justin did an amazing job with details about the menu and wine list. We still will come back.

We booked here for our Anniversary through Open Table. We made a special request for a particular area and that was granted. The Service was spectacular, but the food quality and quantity have went down hill. We both ordered the Keg Classic Which was over$ 60.00 each. I actually left still hungry. Unfortunately there were many fruit flies and flies, flying around which made it hard to enjoy your meal without one or the other landing on you or the food. We have always enjoyed the Keg for special occasions, but after this experience we will be considering other locations to celebrate. Once again service was top notch, but overall experience was not a 5 star dining experience.

Excellent service. We started out in a relatively noisy area and our waitress immediately relocated us to another part of the restaurant that was much more quiet, actually at her suggestion. The service was attentive, but not overbearing. The steak was of outstanding quality, and all the sides were done perfectly. Lobster we split was very good size. Our water glasses were never allowed to get more than half empty, when they were refilled, our standard of great, attentive service.
