Dinner with friends. We all agreed it’s our fav spot in Kelowna…..we’ve never had a bad meal here. The staff is personable and attentive. Always a great experience 😊

Our main came well before we had finished our starter and a manager did correct the issue. By the time the mains arrived I was done complaining about moor bad food and just made the best of it.This experience had effectively ruined our anniversary. My stake was very poor quality with hardly a bite without gristle in it. My wife's duck was dry but we just wanted to pay and get out. So fed up with the quality of the Keg and the person who apologized to us looked to be very busy with other tables also. You think they would have it sorted after all the years they've been in business.

I didn’t find the food very tasty at all, to pay $28 for a sandwich that isn’t flavourful is crazy. Our service was great, super busy but enjoyed the time with the guests I was with celebrating a special birthday. I don’t think I’ll be back to the Keg considering the cost and how disappointed I was with all our meals.

Our server hector was bloody amazing from start to finish The food was beyond exceptional I will only go to this restaurant when visiting Kelowna 3 times a year Hector made us feel so special and appreciated as a customer I have never been served by as great as a server and I am 62 years old. Your chefs are amazing as well Our steaks were beyond perfect

As I have been dining at the ''Keg'' since the 70's in both Alberta and B.C. I have had lots of exposure to the restaurant chain and have lots of opinions. Last night my wife and I celebrated my 70th Birthday at the ''Keg''' formally the ''The Keg and Clever''......As I have dined at this location many times a number of the staff recognize me and know me.. This being my 70th birthday, besides the meals the usual ice cream birthday dessert came at the end.. Enjoyed it but it the dessert menu is getting a bit stale.. Would be nice to see something different. As for the meal..it was not the Kegs finest but we enjoyed the staff who came by to chat and wish me ''Happy Birthday''. My wife ordered the Oven Roasted Pistachio Coated Salmon.. It was missing a few pistachios!! My wife has been ordering this for decades and this was not the finest version.. She did like the vegetables. I ordered a small sirloin steak with an Atlantic lobster tail.. Steak was cooked as I requested and accompanied with a lobster tail...all be it a very small lobster tail.. My biggest complaint is the butter warmer that came with the meal.. I was not providing enough heat to keep the butter hot....not even lukewarm. Still waiting for Alaska King Crab to get back on the menu.. And maybe we can increase the size of the lobster tails?? I know all the restaurants are trying maintain prices and food quality... but I just did not feel like it was worth coming to the Keg.. Sorry!! Will come back in the future as the Keg has been a ''go to'' dining experience for years/decades...Keeping a restaurant open and competitive in these times is difficult....but it is just not the restaurant I started with in the 1970's.. I know change is inevitable and to keep menu prices reasonable portions sizes shrink.. but I am old and I do like the ''old days'' and the ''old menus''!! Love the staff...will see you again just not sure when..

We had a great time . It was our first date as a new couple and enjoyed the food and the ambience . Riley was our server and was attentive and very social. He made recommendations regarding menu .

Teriyaki Steak was tough, couldn’t cut it with my knife, they replaced it and second steak was marginally better. The service from the staff was good, they were helpful and also took one glass of wine off our bill, however I still had to wait 10 mins for my replacement and it was tough. When you are paying over $50 for a steak it should be tender.
