The wheelchair accessible bathroom is very tight. We were hardly able to get the wheelchair into the bathroom and definitely not into the stall. Unfortunately, for that reason, we were not able to use the washroom at the restaurant. This was particularly disappointing for a person that not only has mobility issues but other personal health issues. As it stands, the washrooms can only accommodate persons with canes or walkers. I highly suggest the washrooms be updated.

We had a fantastic time celebrating our anniversary and got vip service! The food and the staff were absolutely wonderful!

It's The Keg, they know how to meet your expectations. Food was good and plentiful. Drink options were good. Service was very good if a little awkward at times with the "banter." Ambiance was dark and a bit gloomy. Price was reasonable by today's standards.

The steak had an odd taste, the lobster tails were salty on the bottom, the "clarified butter" was also salty and had a lot of residue. The baked potatoes were overcooked and the vegetables were not cooked enough. This is the worst experience that I have ever had at a Keg restaurant. I always used to recommend the Keg, but I will not anymore. FYI : The Caesar Salad was very good but had too few croutons and no bacon.

They forgot our reservation then seated us quickly when they realized. Sat us right at the kitchen entrance. Granted it was very busy but took an hour for our extremely undercooked steaks to come (still cold in the middle). Our veggies were fresh but still rock hard and barely warm. Potatoes were visibly burnt a bit. Didn’t complain though. Mentioned some of this to the waiter and the manager said I should have said something sooner. He compt. 1 appetizer. I like the keg…this one fell well short!

Despite having a reservation, we stood in the lobby for 15 minutes, which is fine since it was a Saturday night, but no seating at all while waiting. Then we got to our table in a back corner with low ceilings. Kind of stuffy, no air flow at all. Waiter took 15 minutes to arrive at our table but was very friendly. Bread salad and dinner all arrived at about the same time, so table was quite full. Everything was delicious. On the way out we tried to use the washrooms, but had to leave because there were nothing but unflushed toilets and the floor was very sticky.

We sat in the bar and Emily T, along with the rest of the bar staff provided us with excellent service. We felt like VIPs; drinks and apps were served right away and our dinner followed at our pace; unhurried. Teriyaki steak was cooked just right with lots of delicious mushrooms and the prime rib as usual, was tasty and satisfying. Love this location, always a good night out.
