Must of had a new cook ghat doesn't have experience with cooking steak.we ordered steaks medium rare and got blue. I have been going there for years and never had a problem getting steaks cooked right.they did give us a few beers and cake on the house when i received the bill. Over all it was not enjoyable,we where also stuck with a table in the middle of the hallway.

The food, staff and ambiance were all excellent! There were many diners, all having conversations and celebrations, yet I could still have a conversation without having to raise my voice to be heard. Although there were many people, some of which didn’t seem to want to leave (a testament to how great this place is) there was little wait time. I highly recommend this Keg location!

The waitress who helped us did not provide a proper menu details eventhough we mentioned her about our first experience, However thanks to a guy who helped me with the wine option after I failed asking for the recommendations to the lady.

Our waitress Afton was awesome she was funny, energetic and on point with getting us what we needed without even asking her. She helped make our evening enjoyable. However, the parking at this location was horrible not enough parking available as I believe the apartments beside use the parking for their visitors.

There was an issue where the restaurant had thought they had seated us, but they corrected it quickly. The food was delicious.

We enjoy the Keg several times a year, however our experience at the Keg Estate drive was disappointing. Upon entering the restaurant, the hostesses were all busy chatting together and not paying attn to customers. Due to lack of attn, my husband stool in the lobby not knowing they seated me. The table was terrible- so much traffic to my husband’s back. My steak was delivered burnt. Rather than owning it, the manager came over and explained to me that there is normally grill marks on steaks. I’m not an idiot. They replaced the steak after 15 mins comped the steak which we did not ask them to do. We decided to ask for takeout containers and left. Upon exiting the restaurant not even one of several hostesses still chatting amongst themselves said anything. How about a “thanks for joining us” or “ have a good evening.”

I have had issues in the past with the temperature of my food. My our potatoes were like warm and my frizzles. Everything should be hot when we get it. Other than that it was delicious!!
