We were a party of 8 and we were seated in the middle with only two tables and 8 people. Was very tight. We had to add a table unfortunately it was smaller that the original two tables food and service was very good

Joyce our server was the highlight of the night. Lively and have great recommendations, table was small even for 2 and the light was out. They did have a candle for us which was an intimate experience but seemed like the last table possible. Very good experience

The food was excellent but here are some aspects of the service that we think could be improved: quite a few times I had to request my table be serviced by filling up our water glasses, a dirty spoon was provided with the soup we ordered. To get someone to replace the dirty spoon I had to ask multiple different servers because our server disappeared for long periods at a time. Our finished plates remained at our table for extended periods of time after we clearly finished, (ex: longer than 15mins). Called earlier for a surprise party, requested the front of house not mention how large our party was, the person on the phone said it was added to notes, however when we arrived this was not adhered to- seemed distracted as the people at the front desk were speaking amongst each other and either didn’t check the notes or my request was not actually added to the notes

The wheelchair accessible bathroom is very tight. We were hardly able to get the wheelchair into the bathroom and definitely not into the stall. Unfortunately, for that reason, we were not able to use the washroom at the restaurant. This was particularly disappointing for a person that not only has mobility issues but other personal health issues. As it stands, the washrooms can only accommodate persons with canes or walkers. I highly suggest the washrooms be updated.

We had a fantastic time celebrating our anniversary and got vip service! The food and the staff were absolutely wonderful!

It's The Keg, they know how to meet your expectations. Food was good and plentiful. Drink options were good. Service was very good if a little awkward at times with the "banter." Ambiance was dark and a bit gloomy. Price was reasonable by today's standards.

The steak had an odd taste, the lobster tails were salty on the bottom, the "clarified butter" was also salty and had a lot of residue. The baked potatoes were overcooked and the vegetables were not cooked enough. This is the worst experience that I have ever had at a Keg restaurant. I always used to recommend the Keg, but I will not anymore. FYI : The Caesar Salad was very good but had too few croutons and no bacon.
