Our server, Szilamer was great. He had a nice mix of professionalism and sense of humour. An overall wonderful evening with great food.

The focus on telling us you have 90 minutes to eat and get out is not good. As long as you are still eating, drinking and creating revenue to the restaurant is what should matter. We used to go to Keg every new year but they have really cut back on the size of sides ( my vegetables side has 1/2 of a beet and maybe 1/4 cup of green beens.

We had a group of 9 for New Years Eve at the Keg Downtown. The service we received from our servers Michael & Miguel was above excellent. They were funny, engaging and efficient. Since it was New Years Eve, and the restaurant was busy, we were impressed how fast our meals came out. The portions were huge and delicious. All nine of us were impressed with the food and service. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We have visited this Kegg location 3 times now. We always get placed in the worst possible locations. Our two person table was up against a tall blank wall next to what I believe is a closet. There was a folding table perched up against the wall behind my chair. A time before we were sat next to the servers station while the restaurant was nearly empty besides a large group having a company dinner. The food was good & the waitress was friendly & prompt.

It could have better because loved the quiet corner big seating we had 💗 But the server or hostess who have came and have our water was sounded rude 👎 Asked her a question and didn’t realize she was our waitress , I said it’s ok to ask you a question? And she should have said I am not your waitress and so & so will be with you shortly 👎 But what she said was that and didn’t like it ; she tried to explain and I understood but She shouldn’t said Is that make sense to you ? Like 2-3 times and did not like the attitude 👎 Thank you Clarissa my daughter’s food arrived and was bland and I understand that no gravy in certain steaks you have but the waiter should have explained it because the celebrant did not really enjoyed her meal 😞 Thank you for the compliment cake 🎂 and was a little surprised to my daughter and was nice and loved the crème brûlée 🍮👍

REALLY BAD RECEPTION HOST. Our reservation was at 7:15. We arrived 30mins early with guests. We waited 15 minutes at reception for a table while there are many empty tables. The host replied the table we booked is currently occupied by another party, we need to wait until they finish dinner. WHAT A LIE! Instead getting into a confrontation in front of my guests, I gave the other hostess a hundred dollar bill and we were sitting at the table in one minute. Nothing more and nothing less, this is exactly what happened.
