We love coming to this Keg location. The food was amazing,our server was fantastic,it was my friends birthday and they gave her a complimentary cake desert that was delicious. Will definitely be back

Overall good experience. Restaurant was a little noisy but it was Saturday evening. Soup came was luke warm but was quickly replaced with a hot bowl. The blue cheese steak was amazing.

Did not appreciate hearing the kitchen staff yelling from the back. The waiter said no problem about 15 times. we didn’t think we were a problem. And the restaurant was so loud it was hard to even hear each other.

Reservation Date: Nov 9 2024 Reservation Time: 5.30 pm No. of Attendees: 10 Occasion: Family birthday dinner with adult children Location: Downtown Calgary We arrived at our reservation time and was promptly seated. Libations service was very good. When takin our food order the 2 servers seemed very disorganized and forgot to take the food order for 1 of the attendees. Attempted to catch the attention of our servers with no success. The attendee roamed the restaurant to locate one of our two servers to place their food order so that all of the food would come out to our table at the same time. The servers were located, and food order was provided. Very disappointed with the service staff for missing a patron's food order. Steaks and roasted prime rib were excellent as always. We have been to this location many times and for a lesser error where there was no expectation for complimentary drink or dessert, they surprising rectify the situation with a complimentary dessert or beverage. However. this was a significant rookie error and no offer of complimentary dessert or beverage. It's the small things that are endearing . . .
