Fantastic Bday dinner. Our waitress, Steph, was amazing! Would really really really love the Keg to bring back the snow pea & asparagus tempura though! Please!!!

First let me say the staff are so professional and friendly. Every thing was going well until our food came 3 of the 5 of us ordered the prime rib. We were told it was coming off the roast medium rare. The meat was blue. Our server immediately took the meals back to the kitchen. When the meals returned it looked like they took the same meat and dredged it through the dripping and then put it back on the plate. The meat was still very rare when we cut into it. I would also like to add that at least a third of the meat was fat and the size (which I always get) was smaller than usual. The manager came over and offered us another meal of our choosing which we declined. When our bill came we were pleasantly surprised that the 3 meals were removed. We were very please with our server and the manager who we feel went over and above to rectify the problem caused by the kitchen.

The food quality has gone down versus price. Garden salad was a hunk of petty with dressing and bacon sprinkled on top. Awful. We were reimbursed for this. We always order the sirloin classic. Cooked to perfection, but tough. First time t he at that has happened. Our waitress was looking after a huge table, so all we did was wait. Basically no service. Still tipped though. For the price, I will continue cooking my steak at home, as definitely not worth it.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time celebrating our 6-month anniversary at The Keg Burlington. Our waitress Steph T. was super friendly and really on top of things, making sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious—the complimentary bread before the meal was a nice touch and steaks were spot on. The dessert was a perfect way to end the night, and the whole experience was just fantastic. We can’t wait to go back!

We were a party of 10 and we had no complaints or issues with anything. The staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions. We will definitely be returning.

We celebrated my husbands birthday, with his daughter, and it was just the perfect dinner. We were seated in a quiet area and we had the most attentive server. Sydney’s efforts made our night memorable, and we are grateful for her. A GOLD star for Sydney 😊
