Not what it use to be. New York was chewy, vegetables were not finished nice, fries were cold. Service was slow between courses.

Blair was our server and he did an excellent job. The appetizers were fresh and hot and the beer was cold. Enough time before he entered in our Entrees and so we could relax before the main course arrived - 7 oz Filet Mignon - Chicago Medium Rare. Cooked perfectly and I asked that my French fries be fresh and hot and they were. So no complaints on the food or the service. Empty plates were taken away timely and leftovers were put into a take away container and paper bag. Excellent experience.

It's a very pleasant place where you'll rarely encounter poor service. The food is always great.

I love The Keg! Easily one of my most favourite restaurants. Tonight unfortunately was not great. First and foremost, our waiter was ignorant. He did not say hello, he did not great us in any way, he did not explain the features, nor did he ask if we were celebrating anything… this is not how I know The Keg to be. He put water on the table, did not pour it. Drinks were left empty before I had to flag him down for refills. The food was great as always, however I did notice the portions to be smaller, as is in most restaurants these days! A $300 meal should come with a smile, or at the very least a hello!!

We have been to the Keg numerous times. It is great to know there is a place you can go where the food and service is terrific every time.

We always enjoy the Keg. I tried the roasted cauliflower appetizer and was impressed. We also had the three pepper chicken wings. Delicious. The steak, prime rib and burger were consistent with all our previous visits. I like the predictability- always good. Only disappointment was the French fries. 100% sub par- avoid ordering g fries as a side. The baked potatoes or garlic mashed are a better bet. Once you devour the iconic Billy Miner Pie ( ice cream cake) you will forget about the crappy fries
