This location in Bramalea is our go-to Keg. Not sure if it was the end of the night (8pm reservations) but service was a bit slow from apps to the main course. Apps portions are smaller, the fried cauliflower came in a bowl instead of a serving plate. The 4 entrees took a bit of time so we started watching team Canada vs USA on our phones. We were promised bread, it never showed up as promised. We had to ask 3 times and when it finally arrive 1/2 way thru our dinner, another server who delivered it said "a refresh on your bread" and my wife quickly said we never got our first one even!!! When the meals finally came out my striploin (we ordered 3 in total and all medium) was cut super thin and didn't feel or look like 12oz. I usually can't finish it. The wife's striploin was undercocked and my daughter's was what we were used to seeing in a 12oz Keg striploin, thick and hearty. All of our dishes arrived at once but 1/2 way thru, my wife notoced she didnt get any mushrooms. At this point, it was useless to complain as no servers were nearby. My wife had to ask twice for a bit of extra sour cream for her baked potato. When we were done im glad they didnt forget that we were there celebrating a birthday although it seemed they almost did. The food and service is not like this at this Keg Location so I'm going to give it one more try to see if things improve.

I ordered the Sirloin Oscar and it was delicious. I would definitely recommend and order again.

Great meal and service! Was busy but didn't feel like we waited long for anything. Delicious espresso martinis!

The service and food were great and we had a memorable time celebrating valentine's day. Even though it was busy, our server did a fantastic job.

We had the worst Prime Rib ever, the meat was mostly fat and uncooked it was like eating flavored rubber. This was the most over price meal I've ever had and at the end was promised free desert for both of us but only given 1. I will never go back to the Keg again.

It's always a great experience. The service was a little slow for a Tuesday night, but it was good and friendly when received.

From the minute we arrived we were treated warm and welcoming. The waiter I believe his name was Jude was attentive and prompt. The food was the best we’ve had in years every single bite was cooked to perfection and flavours were amazing. Great birthday dinner thanks very much.
