Stellar service. Fiona was amazing. The food is always good, the keg has built their reputation on the reliability of that.

Our waiter was very nice and the patio was really pleasant. The food was average - we had steak and both the filet and NY strip were prepared as ordered but my NY strip was tough. The side was carrots and green beans. The carrots were al dente, so much so that it was hard to spear them with a fork or cut them with a steak knife. But the worst was finding a hair in our side of Brussels sprouts. Our waiter offered to replace them but we were halfway through with our dinner when it was discovered, so we said no. I was disappointed that the maitre’d did not come to our table to apologize, though he did visit the table next to us when the customer’s steak was not served with the right toppings. 🙄 we did appreciate a complimentary dessert to acknowledge our anniversary. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant for a nice dinner. It’s better for drinks and more casual dining.

We arrived to the restaurant for our 5 PM reservation, we waited 15 min, then were told our table would not be ready until 5:30 due to a server not arriving. We were invited to the bar, but two other tables were sat yet no communication to us about the wait. A little disappoint in the attitude by the hostess to us, lack of communication, if your short staffed tell us we will understand. I was made to feel uncomfortable and a nuisance. Once we sat down the service and food was excellent.

Always a great dining experience! We live closer to one of their other locations but we choose to drive out to the Keg Alberni for their outstanding service and beautiful location. The food is always delicious, the service is attentive and our food allergies are given the utmost attention.

Not a fan of the Rainbow stairway entrance. Enough is enough. We expressed this to management

I was seated in the patio area, needed to take my hearing aids out because of a very loud woman at the table next. You can hear her over the whole Patio area. I also had a server is the exact opposite from the last time that I visited your restaurant. She was not very friendly, her demeanor was dour East Coast, I had to wait 10 minutes and ask another server if I was going to have a server before she came

Wir haben sehr gut gegessen und wurden sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich bedient. Wir werden dort wieder essen gehen.
