Immerse yourself in the magic of the season with our Festive Set Menu. Enjoy two courses for £55 or three for £60 and delight in our show-stopping festive dishes, selection of fine wines and seasonal cocktails. Tables of 7+ must book our Group Festive Set Menu experience. Guests dining on our Festive set menu can choose between two or three courses for lunch, available from 11:30am - 6:30pm. Very good night. Food was very good as was the service. Music was a little loud, but manageable.

I was extremely underwhelmed with the service that I received today. On arrival we turned up at the wrong one, there was a matridee outside who was kicking rubbish across the street: once we realised we walked across Covent Garden to the right one. Here we were greeted lovely however there was a long wait for any service, and it took 2.5 hours for 2 courses that felt to long. The steak was asked for medium rare and came at its best medium and they took our bottle of wine away to stay chilled and then wasn’t on top of filling up glasses, in fact they missed out us ordering another bottle because of how slow it was and in the end I had to ask. The toilets were poor, rubbish on floor, no lock and a tap running constantly. Completely over priced for our experience and losing its touch!! Very disappointed

I love the Ivy brand but felt this time didn’t reach my expectations. It took 3 attempts to get any I’ve for my drink, my soup felt like it had been sitting in the kitchen waiting to be ordered, as did my chips. My burger was medium cooked (although I didn’t specify) as expected it would have been well done.

The actual restaurant was tired looking and seating too close together at table for 2. I had the Sunday roast. The beef and potatoes were dry, as if the dish had been sitting under a hot plate for too long. The meal was okay but not as wonderful as I’d expected. My partner had fish and chips, which was also okay. Overall, disappointing.

Great food, great surprise to see wine that was the same as we had on our 10 year anniversary , we’ve been married for a further 11 years, so couldn’t be that bad! Nice atmosphere, very accommodating and we’ll definitely be coming back, many thanks to the staff.

Place with nice atmosphere, perfect ambient music! Waiters kind and attentive! Menu for all tastes. Super recommend.

: Disappointing Experience at Ivory Market, Covent Garden Dear Manager’s I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at the Ivy Market location in Covent Garden. As a frequent visitor to various Ivy restaurants in and outside London, I have come to expect a certain level of quality and service. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet those standards. The staff and seating area were quite poor, making it uncomfortable to enjoy our time there. Additionally, the service at the front desk was unexpectedly unprofessional, and the staff member we interacted with was rude and dismissive. This was far from the level of hospitality I am accustomed to from the Ivy team. Given the generally high standards I’ve experienced at other Ivy locations, this visit was truly disappointing. I hope you will address these concerns with the staff and management team at Covent Garden to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Food was good but the service was really quite patchy at times. Drinks were quite delayed. We have eaten here several times over the last few years and this was probably the worst for service. Not sure as we were a table of six and were in the downstairs dining room.
