Lovely experience, food and waiting staff were excellent, we were not rushed and the whole Experience was made special!

The Ivy is simply mass produced cuisine in lovely, decorated locations. The cuisine is not the quality, their pricing should provide. On our visit to the Covent Garden location, m, soup was served cold, my Son's starter was forgotten about and had to be re ordered, the time between starters and mains was very, long. The Ivy franchises live off great marketing and an undeserved reputation.

Fantastic service. Great food and drink. The frozen April spritz was very enjoyable. Loved the relaxed atmosphere. Will book again. Keep up the good work Guys.

Very busy when we arrived. Table service took ages to get drinks, very weakened cocktails not value for money. Soup lukewarm, bread and butter arrived after our starters? Steak very bloody when asked for pink - nearly £20 added as service this really should be optional !! Think there were 2 waiters in our area serving alot of costumers and this was at only 5pm - really would not bother again

The Ivy never disappoints. We did the 1917 menu which is incredibly good value! Cannot be beaten! We had great service from Anderson. Is a haven in busy Covent Garden….

It was lovely restaurant and beautiful set up, we went for the set menu which is delicious. Location wise is the best as quite center. Will come another time.

I was so disappointed with my latest visit to one of The Ivy restaurants. It was my birthday and my Mum and I were sat downstairs in the “private dining room”. While it was quieter, which we liked, it felt very sad and depressing down there. There wasn’t much ambience, the table cloths were dirty and the tables underneath were extremely old and worn. Service was good in terms of friendliness but attention wasn’t there, we had to ask to order food and more drinks several times. Food wise, I usually always love my meals at any Ivy I’ve been to but this meal was way below par. I had the burger with bacon which was very over cooked, with hard bacon and a stale brioche bun. It was extremely dry. I didn’t finish it because it just simply wasn’t enjoyable. The chips however were fresh and delicious. Overall, a sad birthday lunch and an expensive bill that didn’t match the experience!
