    Very average overall. Extremely busy with plenty of staff but all looked like they were stressed, running around aimlessly. Limited menu, and service sporadic. Overcrowded, our table was tiny and claustrophobic next to the bar stools. Wouldn’t rush back…..

    Lovely atmosphere, great lighting , tables perhaps a bit too close together in places . Service was polite and unobtrusive which is perfect . Food presentation excellent and everything we had was delicious . Toilets lovely - wallpaper is awesome ! Would come again .

    We’ve been to the Ivy Covent Garden countless times as a family, and chose to return to you to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary. On arrival we were seated very near the door and it was extremely draughty. Although our initial waitress, then our waiter were friendly, neither wished my parents a happy anniversary (which is fine, but I’m not sure why you ask during booking if the meal is booked for a special occasion if this is not acknowledged or marked in some way by the staff). My Mum ordered the fillet steak and peppercorn sauce. This did not arrive with any accompaniments such as chips or potatoes, which is our fault for not checking the menu properly but surely the service staff should mention this as I’ve never known anyone to go out for a meal and just have a steak without anything else. This didn’t really matter though as the other 3 in our party shared our chips out as we all felt they were a little tasteless and possibly frozen?? All in all it was a very disappointing experience, and myself and my sister felt we let our parents down badly for what is a very special occasion. This experience has put us off visiting your establishment again, which is such a shame as we usually visit London several times a year and book our main meal with yourselves on each visit.

    It’s really our favourite Ivy restaurant apart from Winchester. Although sometimes things aren’t quite as professional or friendly as in some of the other Ivys. The staff do like to chat amongst themselves and it’s difficult trying to refill your wine glasses and again staff sometimes feel very aloof

    Beautiful surrounding in excellent location. Great service and very tasty food. Good choice for breakfast.

    The food at the Ivy Market Grill was good quality and good portion sizes. A bit expensive but expected in Covent Garden. Service was exceptional.
