The place was dark and dirty. The wrong order came out and when the waiter corrected it The food was awful, none of us finished the food. The ladies room was gross. The food was very expensive for being pretty gross. The waiter was barely paying attention when we were placing the order. When we requested plain butter she said she didn’t think they had any!

I had planned to take my entire family here after flying in from Alaska to try the salt stone meats which I had loved last time I was here. I had talked about it for months! They were completely out of the salt stone meats by 7:30 pm. Sooooo disappointing.

We had a great time celebrating my brother's birthday. Everyone was accommodating and presented him with a birthday dessert and card signed by waitresses. The food was excellent with great service. Love to go to Honeysuckle.

Went for my boyfriends birthday. We had some amazing food but the service was very poor quality…we waited almost 15 minutes to get a waitress and even when she arrived she never introduced herself or acknowledged what our reservation was for which I put on the reservation we were celebrating his birthday. She was never really around much when we wanted to order or when something came out wrong. Overall we had a great time despite the service. The food was amazing. Will have to give it another chance

Honeysuckle in Franklin, TN is fabulous. Why? Great menu and personal attention to details. It was my mother-in-law's birthday and they gave her a card with the staff signing it. Then after the delicious brunch, our terrific server brought a birthday bowl of ice cream with strawberries and carmel + chocolate topping. Well done.

Would not go back for brunch. Food overall was okay, but the Bloody Mary bar was not worth the extra charge to add “toppings” when the olives were crushed. This place may be a better spot for dinner.

My wife ordered the fish special which was expensive ($55). When it came out, the fish portion was correct but a different topping and side. The side was key to why that entre was ordered. After letting the waiter know, we were told the entre special had changed and our menu should have been corrected. They then said they would remake the entre for my wife. After a long wait, we got the appropriate side but the fish was the same and it was now cold. After apologies, they removed it from our bill.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out, I apologize that the entree you received was different than the entre that was ordered. Our Specials change daily but we discuss this information during our pre-shift meeting so the server should have been aware that this was not available. For the Risotto, this item does take time to prepare since we prepare all of our entrees from fresh ingredients. I apologize for the wait on this item but we did not charge for the risotto, in addition to removing the Halibut Oscar from the bill. We truly appreciate you contacting us about this as we do strive to provide the best experience for each guest that dines with us. We hope that you decide to dine with us again and do look forward to having an opportunity to provide an incredible experience for your group!
