    What happened to this place? So disappointing. The place was a ghost town on a Saturday night. Service wasn’t great - they really need to work on training staff. She was trying but clearly wasn’t trained in how to give proper service. Didn’t know how to properly serve a bottle of wine. Didn’t make any recommendations - for example; we were a table of 8, and ordered the shrimp appetizer along with two other apps. It came with FOUR shrimp for $20. She could have told us the portion and perhaps made a recommendation to order two of these or something else that would be enough for everyone. Also the Kitchen was out of items they should have had. Prices were high and portions small. Cocktails weren’t great. Bathrooms filthy. Mouse traps in the hallway. Yuck. Food was sub par. We told the manager our concerns but no effort was made to remedy it. He said he’s look into it. We won’t be returning.

    Dinner for 7, including one child, with two rounds of drinks, was $575 before gratuity. Food was mid. Atmosphere was nice but lighting was so bright. Food was served on cast iron dishes, but they weren't preheated so food was cold quickly. $55 ribeye wouldn't have been worth more than $12 at the grocery and was not the best cut. Can't complain about service, but the food is desperate for a chef. You can't charge expense report prices in the suburbs if the food doesn't meet expectations. If I come back, the $22 cheeseburger is probably the safe bet.

    Thanksgiving Dinner was good at The Honeysuckle in Cool Springs. Was disappointed that salmon was the only seafood offering though as one in the party had diet restrictions. We chose Honeysuckle thinking we could order from the menu which has some very interesting fish and shellfish offerings. Maybe next time. The buffet was acceptable and the chef cooked a great salmon fillet with lemon and olive oil which met our dietary needs. Service was very good. We will go back. Buffet was pricy for the selection offered.

    Thanksgiving brunch at The Honeysuckle was awesome! We were seated immediately and our drinks were served with alacrity. As a matter of fact, everyone was pleasant and helpful. The food! Oh! The food was delicious. Many Thanksgiving must-haves and abundant alternatives for those of us who dislike turkey and dressing. Definitely a choice for next year, and many times during the year.

    First time eating out for Thanksgiving. Something for everyone. Greeted with smiles and the food was plentiful. I would like to call out Miguel who was tending our table. Absolutely the nicest human, loved meeting him, added to the pleasant experience. We will now go back and check the place out on a regular night.

    They did not have any seafood other than oysters available. 5:30 on a Tuesday night. Service was disinterested and slow. Asked for rare plus ribeye cooked Pittsburgh style. Server said sure, brought it out it was not Pittsburgh style. Thye did not know how to cook it that style. It was also over seasoned. Ordered a Ceasar salad, it was nearly inedible. I would recommend finding another restaurant to spend your money.

I hate to hear that our staff was unknowledgeable with the preparation of a Pittsburgh style Ribeye, charred at a high temperature and served rare.     We had the best time at Honeysuckle tonight for dinner. The service was perfect. The food was outstanding and the atmosphere couldn’t have been better. We both had the filet and was arguably the best steak we’ve ever had! 10/10 recommend and we will definitely be back!
