Le restaurant The Hive at 21c est situé à Bentonville, au 21c Museum Hotel. Il propose une identité culinaire unique caractéristique de l'Arkansas. Good wine selection and moderate prices. Very high priced cocktails with very small pours. Food was good.

Great dining experience. The atmosphere was very pleasant, our server was exceptional, being very attentive to our needs, yet by no way intrusive with incessant questions like “how is the food”?. The Thanksgiving menu was delightful, very well balanced and tasty. Highly recommend the restaurant!

I had Bret one of my fav servers! Friendly, knowledgeable, upbeat and kind. This an annual dining date for me. I always go for Thanksgiving. I feel okay about having others serve on this day. The chef serves dinner to his staff and their families. When they finish their service. A special way to build a great team. Lucky us…

Dined on Thanksgiving Day. The restaurant was doing a brisk business, but everything seemed to be well under control. Service was excellent, attentive but not intrusive, friendly and efficient. Four starter courses to choose from, and four entrees as well (including a traditional turkey & dressing option). For the starters we had the wild mushroom tart, and the pork belly on grits. The puff pastry tart was filled with roasted mushrooms and goat cheese (I think), savory and delicious. It was a larger than expect slab of pork belly, fairly lean but still unctuous, atop a large dollop of grits, with some yummy pickled cherries. Between the courses was an amuse bouche, a spoonful of Parmesan panna cotta that was as lovely as it was delicious. We both had the salmon entree, served with scalloped brussels sprouts and roasted potatoes. The generous piece of salmon had crispy smoked skin. Dessert consisted of pecan tart with buttermilk ice cream, and pumpkin tiramisu. The pecan tart was our favorite. The lobby, shared with 21c Museum Hotel, always has interesting artworks.

Fabulous food, wonderful service and special venue. Our 3rd year to do this for our empty nest next chapter tradition. We drive from Kansas City for this sophisticated, beautiful experience (and go for a bike ride around beautiful Crystal Bridges after to burn off some calories!)
