We've eaten at both locations several times, and this wasn't our best experience, unfortunately. It was fairly quiet, with few tables, even with restaurant week underway. We were seated on the patio, and partway through the meal, a section of the lights went out, and it made it pretty dark in the area. The staff said they didn't know how to turn the lights back on. The staff was not as attentive as we have experienced previously, not clearing plates before bringing the next course and taking time to refill water glasses. The food was good though we would not recommend the wrap appetizer on the restaurant week menu. It lacked flavor and the hummus with cucumber slices included as a side item was much better.

I learned about the lights the following day from our service Team and want to apologize for the ambiance taking such a drastic dive during your visit. The lights are on a timer, that we do not control (Property Manager), however we have since learned how to turn back on. Thank you for the honest feedback on our Spring Rolls, we will review recipe's and take this item back to the cutting board should we need to. Your review provides great information and provides us an opportunity to be better in our overall service to our guests who are everything to the Herb Box. I had the BBQ Ciabatta sandwich it came with sweet potato chips. It was very tasty. I would order it again.

Easy to make a reservation. Food was underwhelming, not seasoned. Two of us had lunch, no alcohol and bill was $65. Server was flat, seemed annoyed. Atmosphere is loud, not in a festive way.
