   First time for their new menu. Fricasse of mushrooms, not really a fricasse, but very tasty. Loin of pork not a success, it appeared to be pulled pork, pressed into a hamburger shape. A small point, wine can now ordered by yhe small glass of carafe, no 250ml option. Pleasant surroundings, very helpful service.

   Lovely! The food was so good we returned the very next day. Amazing steak and lovely drinks

   The menu is varied with some unusual ingredients. The vegetarian options are tasty. There are sheltered tables in a very pleasant garden.

   I always enjoy the Hare and eat there fairly regularly. The food never disappoints and the service is good

    A favourite with me and the other half, the layout of The Hare is classic chic, the service is attentive without going OTT, and (most importantly), the food is always great - there is a particularly great choice of steaks and sauces. There is also an impressive wine list, suitable for both beginners and oenophiles alike. Another great visit, I will certainly be back again very soon.
