First time for their new menu. Fricasse of mushrooms, not really a fricasse, but very tasty. Loin of pork not a success, it appeared to be pulled pork, pressed into a hamburger shape. A small point, wine can now ordered by yhe small glass of carafe, no 250ml option. Pleasant surroundings, very helpful service.

The menu is varied with some unusual ingredients. The vegetarian options are tasty. There are sheltered tables in a very pleasant garden.

I always enjoy the Hare and eat there fairly regularly. The food never disappoints and the service is good

A favourite with me and the other half, the layout of The Hare is classic chic, the service is attentive without going OTT, and (most importantly), the food is always great - there is a particularly great choice of steaks and sauces. There is also an impressive wine list, suitable for both beginners and oenophiles alike. Another great visit, I will certainly be back again very soon.

Amazing find. Great location in a wonderful place, with a large safe parking area. Very creative menu with an extensive wine list. Attentive and friendly service. A very enjoyable dinner, food was full of fresh ingredients, flavor and textures. We shall be back, time and time again.

I took my mother to The Hare for her birthday dinner. The food was excellent. There was only one vegetarian main course for me and it was lasagne but it was delicious. The service was courteous and friendly but not intrusive. There was a pleasant ambience though the tables were a little too close together. I would definitely recommend The Hare and we will be going there again.
