We had an amazing dinner experience. Our waiter, Daniel, was amazing and recommended some of the best food we’ve eaten. If you’re in town, don’t miss out. It was so good, we went back a second time.

The Website needs to be updated. We went for a late night deal, they changed the times and did not update their website. We should have received the advertised deal.

The food and service were good. It’s a bit expensive but the portions are great. The restaurant itself is giant and clean. Nice end to a weekend in DC

We came for dinner on the 4th of July, just before the fireworks were going to be set off. We had reservations at 7 and were seated right away. Our table was not on top of any other guests we had a comfortable amount of space. Our waiter, Lorenzo, came and offered plenty of suggestions and was very informative of the menu. We took his advice with the mozzarella arancini as the appetizer, it was great! Our entrees were the filet mignon and the cowboy ribeye, the steaks were cooked perfectly. There was a shallot-dijion cream sauce that wonderfully enhanced the steaks. We again took his advice and got milkshakes for dessert, good choice!! We highly recommend The Hamilton, we will certainly be back. On a side note it is in walking distance of The Ellipse where we watched the fireworks.

The whole black bass was delicious. The cocktails were fun and yummy. Our server Amanda went above and beyond. Great birthday dinner celebration

We love the Hamilton. The service is always fantastic and the food is always wonderful. The only thing I didn’t care for this time was the dessert but that’s just personal preference. Everything else was fantastic. Its our go-to when we want to nice, sit-down, restaurant experience in DC.

While our food was delicious and the ambiance great…the wait staff was awful. We waited for 20 minutes for our drinks and had to flag down other servers for necessities (knives, ketchup, extra plates, etc.) throughout the course of our meal. Our waiter asked how the apps were while we were eating dessert?!? Dirty dishes stayed on our table for 40 minutes while 2 bus people stood against the wall and conversed. For such a popular-known touristy place…you’d expect better service!
