We were looking for a nice quiet spot on Superbowl Sunday, with no TVs. The Grill was perfect. Nice unobtrusive background music accompanied great service.

Great service, wonderful location. Very expensive compared with other whistler restaurants of similar (or better) standard of food. This makes it a lovely experience but it won’t be a regular when we can better for less.

We had a great service and the food was good, however it took them too long to bring it. Other than that excellent. I would come back for sure.

We had a lovely dinner where both the food and service were equally fantastic. Everyone around us got the table side soup preparation which was really fun to watch. We will definitely return on our next visit!

Amazing service last Wednesday by the Australian guy, (also a snowboard instructor) so knowledgeable about the wine and menu. Food was lovely (salmon tartare, beef carpaccio, steaks and truffle fries). Highly recommend for a special night out.

The ambience was warm and inviting with a fireplace glowing next to a wall of wines for every taste. The staff was wonderful. Ken; our waiter; was very personable and entertaining to talk to. Our food was delicious. We couldn’t have asked for a better evening during our stay at the Fairmont.

Outstanding meal with the highlights being the tomato gin soup and the tomahawk steak. Lovely atmosphere and outstanding service.
