Le Grill est situé au Forty 1°, quai du Nord. Le restaurant offre une expérience culinaire haut de gamme tout en fraîcheur. Ce havre permet un répit unique et serein de l'animation qui a lieu dans le front de mer de Newport. À un pas de la rue, on se sent toutefois dans un monde à part. Le menu propose des grillades et fruits de mer, un bar brut ainsi que légumes de saison cultivés localement. Il y a une salle à manger extérieure qui surplombe le port de Newport, qui est situé à côté du Pavilion Bar, côté quai. Le salon accueillant avec des sièges faisant face au quai crée un cadre idéal pour se détendre et discuter, un cocktail à la main. The Grill du Forty 1 ° Nord est ouvert au public.

We love the Grill at Forty 1 North! We were here for restaurant week. My steak frites was delicious - generous portions and prepared perfectly. The brandy cream sauce was an excellent accompaniment! My husband had the seared scallops that were equally as delicious. The scallops were huge!! Our bottle of wine was amazing (and half price for restaurant week!) we will definitely return and highly recommend the grill at forty 1 north!

Very overpriced and not worth it for the quality of the food. Steak was ok, but my son ordered one lobster tail ($35) that tasted like it was frozen from a grocery store freezer section. When I told the manager her response was “well, he ate it.” Will not be going back. The only reason I gave any stars is the location—nice spot on the water.

We had an amazing lunch today during restaurant week. French onion soup and Caesar salad were great. Salmon over sunchokes with lentils, spinach and saffron was spectacular!!! Such great flavors! Burger with fries was delicious as well. Desserts were decadent chocolate cake with marshmallow, caramel and cracker crumbs, as well as perfect lemon crème brûlée!!! Server Mason was friendly and attentive. Beautiful setting looking out over bay! Wonderful lunch!

Service could have been more attentive but food and drinks were excellent. Valet before we were done for the evening and we had a hard time figuring out how to get our keys/car.

This location is beautiful. The view of the bay, the boats and bridges was amazing. The food and service left something to be desired. Myself and a friend both ordered the black angus ribeye and they were both very poorly cooked and very under seasoned. The ribeye was overly fatty and clearly hadn’t been rendered enough nor did it have a good sear on the outside. The duck fat fries were incredible and so was dessert. A great spot for appetizers and dessert. Skip the entrees.

All good at 41 North! Food was very good, service was excellent and staff were very friendly and welcoming. We would go back again

Have been multiple times and usually love love it! Unfortunately this time was an exception. I specifically requested a table on the water by a window. They failed to accommodate that which was disappointing but it happens. Later when the evening went on they just happened to be able to accommodate that request for a walk in party that had no reservation. Going as far as moving the table by the window for them. This really upset us because they just disregarded our request. Going on with dinner the food was good, started with the wedge salad which was good, nothing too crazy, just a standard wedge. Then we moved onto entrees which were delicious. The steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Unfortunately I was without a drink the majority of my meal because the waitress took her time getting my refill, so much so I had to grab another waiter to assist me in getting a refill. Our waitress was nice but definitely not fine dining material. Seems like they lacked on training. The management was okay. The woman manager who first sat us was quite rude but then stopped by our table later to make sure everything was alright. Dessert was amazing, we got the chocolate pot de creme. A nice light dessert. I would recommend for a nice dinner but don’t go in with high standards.

They allow dogs and they even sit at the table. After saying something to the manager, he argued with it and did nothing about the heath issue. Food was prepared incorrectly and over priced. Not worth the $115 per plate to share with dogs.
