We went for a special occasion and had a gorgeous meal in a beautiful setting. Very few places are full on a Monday as this was. Thank you!

Great Sunday roast. The pork was succulent and the pigs in blankets were amazing Thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The desert was a little disappointing as the custard was very thin. But all in all we really enjoyed and would definitely recommend

fab service. was so busy ! i’ve never had a bad meal here and it was bad just not as piping hot as i like! still best around and always recommend to everyone!!

Had a fabulous sharing roast for two, it was great! All the staff were so friendly and helpful and even took a goody bag away for the dog Thank you, we really enjoyed the lovely garden too

We had our Wedding reception here 3 years ago. We returned on our first anniversary out of nostalgia. However, we keep returning because it really is a great place to eat. The staff are friendly and attentive, striking the fine balance of knowing when to intervene and when to let the night flow. The food is excellent. We’ve tried well over twenty different plates here and each one is always cooked brilliantly and feature its own strengths that make it unique. A variety of nice wines and premium beers on tap, as well as decent cocktails (that aren’t luminous and taste like e-numbers) round everything off. We also get a complimentary desert when it comes to our special day. A nice touch! Pricing is mid-high, but in this case you will not get buyers regret. Couldn’t recommend more!
