Nestled on the banks of the majestic Assiniboine River at the western edge of Winnipeg’s city limits, our beautifully restored country estate re-opened in August 2006 as the premier dining and banquet facility in Manitoba. Under new ownership and with a fresh new look, we provide world-class services, spectacular local cuisine, and an unparalleled ambience to meet your every need.

Today, The Gates on Roblin spans the immaculate seven-acre property and include a state-of-the-art 16,000 square foot banquet hall, sophisticated lounge area, one of the best veranda's in Winnipeg, upscale private dining rooms, and of course our wonderful bakery.

                                                We went there for our Anniversary dinner. The food, wine, service and ambience were terrific resulting in a phenomenal evening that both my wife and I will remember for years to come. We will definitely be going back

                                                Had not been for several year. Had a great time. Wonderful food and fair pricing. Service was excellent and venue was very nice. No complaints and will be back soon. Appetizer of the dry ribs was a must. Thanks for a wonderful night.

                                                This is hands down our favourite place to dine. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a warm welcome and seated with fast service. From the first drink to dessert you are engulfed with pure satisfaction and first class service! Thank you Ethan and Chris for the great service!

                                                What a treat! The variety and quality of food was incredible. Everything we ate was delicious. The waiter waited on a table of guests who had just sat down. We had been waiting for 5-10 minutes for a waiter. He may not have known who got there first. When we wanted coffee, we waited for a few minutes and then asked the another server who promptly got us coffee. These were not huge issues. Just not quite what we’d expected at such a lovely restaurant.
