We have a room for 25 people and an upstairs that can accommodate 60 people seated, plus a deck in the summer that holds 30 people.Birthday parties, pharmaceuticals, weddings, rehearsal dinners anniversaries, showers and birthdays. I ordered the ribeye, but they ran out and so they served strip steak. I ordered medium. My friend ordered medium rare. Both were tough and chewy. Another friend ordered a cup of chowder and a chicken small plate. When the soup arrived it was in a 6” diameter bowl and I said “that’s a cup?” So when his meal arrived and it too was generous we assumed that was the policy. After serving the food, the waiter did not come back to see how everything was. It took me a while to flag him down to complain about my $43.00 steak. He said it was cooked perfectly and he could do nothing about it. When the bill came, my friend was charged for the full chicken plate and when he said something, the waiter replied “well, you ate it didn’t you?”. The waiter served it, how were we supposed to know??? Service was slow. We arrived at 530, another couple in our group 5:40, but we didn’t get our check untill almost 730. The waiter mostly ignored us. Table of 7, he was guaranteed a 20% tip automatically.

The food was excellent. The service was mediocre at best. Trying to make eye contact with the server was very difficult. They were clearly not tuned in to the tables they were serving, and it does seem to be the norm for this restaurant. They were polite, just not attentive.

Downstairs seating is loud. We prefer upstairs but it’s hot or miss when it’s open for seating. The bar tender and servers are fabulous, they make the wait for a table fun. We understand staffing issues but really would like to see that upstairs open more often on the weekend. Love you guys! Thanks for hosting our flag football brunches.

Birthday celebration for my wife. Our kids and grandchildren also attended. Great apps followed by a delicious meal. Staff brought out dessert with some flare!

The food here is spectacular. The server was friendly and attentive. We love the laid-back atmosphere.

Excellent food, first time there in several years and it was just the same! Using open table was great, I had to adjust the reservation twice (once the day before to add two more people and once the morning of to adjust time due to a slight car issue). Both were so easy and fast--especially the change made the morning of the reservation. We had to switch cars due to a dead battery and move a bunch of stuff around to make room for a full car of passengers. It was so much easier to make the quick online change than having to call the restaurant (when I'm sure they would have been very busy as well). Everyone loved their food and the donut hole app was a big hit!
