The staff are excellent. Really pleasant and efficient. We were sat at a table with comfy chairs that have blankets and cushions on so very relaxed. We weren’t rushed. The food came out in good time. The only thing that wasn’t quite there was the desserts. The steamed sponge and chocolate brownie were very very dry. Everything else was perfect, so had a great experience

Slight confusion on arrival as reception couldn’t find the OpenTable booking. Was resolved reasonably quickly.

Took 2 out of town friends here for dinner & although the atmosphere in this place is cool the service is so unbelievably long and scatty. Our server was lovely however & that’s the only reason we we didn’t leave annoyed but for the price point the service should be a lot better. We all ordered the sirloin steak which was chewy & bland & one of our friends came well done when she ordered medium . After waiting 45mins to order our mains turned up midway through our starters & then our drinks didn’t arrive until after our mains despite chasing 3 times. Again want to mention our waiter was lovely but looked rushed off his feet with multiple tables to look after. For the standard & price point of this restaurant hire more staff & take more care over your mains being delicious for the prices being charged.

It was a lovely afternoon with great food. The labels were quite close together, so conversation wasn't exactly private. Otherwise, it's really fab.

Decor 10, food 8, value 6, service 2 The first impression was of a well done outdoor garden setting but upon closer inspection, some of the chairs were worn through to the stuffing. We were greeted and seated immediately & but then sat waiting for 15 minutes for anyone else to come by to take a drink & appetizer order. There were at least 4 or 5 servers just standing around. After a bit we ordered cocktails & the spicy cauliflower app and that came quickly but then no one came back when the app was gone and drinks empty. We had to flag a different staff to order new drinks and food. The drinks came but not the food. After the drinks were gone again, about 30 minutes, with no one coming by, we finally got someone else’s attention to ask why we weren’t getting our food & ordered replacements for empty drinks. New drinks arrived still no food. After a time we were informed the person who took our order never put in the food & asked for our orders again. The food finally came quickly and was delicious. One of the managers came by to apologize and offered another round of drinks as apology but when we got the checks we were charged for those too. Oh, we were never offered water either like every other table was, we had to ask. If I were to ever go back I would sit in the bar area which appears to be self service! One of the nicest lady’s loos in London though!!
